George Whitefield College new multi-storey student apartment block is located a stones throw away from the popular Muizenberg Beach.
The new solar powered apartment block had to be built and tied into an existing heritage building.
With a modern design this building comprises 22 apartments and amenities including an industrial kitchen, modern dining hall, fitness gym and cafe with undercover parking.
