New commercial office block
This new commercial office block in the prime location on Somerset Road, GreenPoint, had access challenges due to it sharing walls with 2 adjacent buildings situated on one of the cities busiest roads.
The design of this build is exquisite with angled columns, off shutter concrete walls and glass wall facades. This 7-storey office block comprising ground floor retail and commercial office space completed in 2014.
