Located opposite Ashburn Apartments in the southern suburbs of Claremont, we completed this project concurrently with Ashburn. Having overcome access challenges due to building on 2 adjacent property boundaries, Collingwood was successfully handed over in 2015.
This project comprises 2 Luxury penthouses and 6 apartments with an 18 car undercover parking area.
