The Somerset Lifestyle & Retirement Village was built in a Prestige Estate in Somerset West.
As always, our team rose to the challenge as this project had extremely strict house rules due to it being constructed within a fully operational retirement village.
This project was completed in 2018 comprising 19 luxury assisted living apartments including the separate estate laundry and staff facility building adjacent to the apartment block as well as all external parking.
