No.1 Waterhouse Place in Century City is a landmark building being one of the first commercial blocks built in the area.
An extensive renovation project comprising new office spaces on all 4 floors, new entrances, upgraded atrium and reception as well as redecoration to lower and upper basement parking levels. During the project it was decided to replace the entire roof due to noncompliance in the existing structure. This was completed during the full facade face lift process. This successful project was completed in 2019.
